I have been there
I have experienced rejection, insecurity and loneliness.
I am very familiar with anxiety and frustration. I know what it is to lose, to not understand, and to hit rock bottom.
I know what it's like to fall even lower than before and discover I am capable of getting up again.
It has been a tough road to understand who I am and learn to be patient with myself.
I finally gave myself permission to say "I deserve better".
And here I am.
I want to share, with you, what I have learned on my journey. When we speak, more than trying to understand you, I am able to put myself in your shoes. I have been where you are now. I have felt what you are feeling.
